1. What’s in season right now? If you don’t have a garden, head to your Farmer’s Market. Most veg can be sautéed in a little organic butter, coconut oil, or ghee; and make a lovely addition to your meal–with minimal time investment!!

2. Prep in advance: Set aside 1 hour over the weekend to clean, chop, cut and bag for later in the week. (Mason jars are great for storing made ahead salads.)

3. Start your day with a green smoothie. If you begin your day with greens, no matter what surprises arrive throughout your day, you will know you already made greens a part of your day!
